Concept
Safety, belonging, discovery.
Our pedagogical approach is guided by the needs of young children: providing stability, strengthening relationships, and creating space for curious exploration.
Safety
Clear structures, reliable caregivers, and a protected framework give children stability. Safety is the foundation for learning and play to succeed.
Belonging
Every child should feel seen and accepted. We take time, listen, and create an atmosphere where trust can grow.
Discovery
Play, movement, and sensory experiences spark curiosity. We encourage independence and joy in learning – at each child's own pace and with respect for their individuality.
Settling in
Arriving safely in four steps.
A gentle settling-in period is the foundation for trusting care – based on the Berlin Model, at your child's pace.
Getting to know each other
An initial conversation, a visit on site. We get to know each other without pressure.
Accompanied phase
In the first days a parent accompanies the child. We move at the child's pace.
First separation
Short goodbyes, clear rituals, plenty of security – step by step.
Settled in
The child feels comfortable, knows their rhythm and their key caregiver.
Meals
Fresh, seasonal, and shared.
Meals are a ritual for us. We set the table, eat together, and try new things – prepared fresh and in a child-friendly way every day.
Freshly prepared
No ready-made food – we cook with fresh ingredients.
Seasonal
Fruit and vegetables follow the seasons.
Together at the table
Food connects – meals are a fixed part of our rhythm.

This creates a daily routine that gives both children and parents orientation and confidence.
